The price of the stay includes breakfast, which is served from 8:00 am to 9:30 am in a comfortable and bright room.
Breakfast consists of various foods, mainly sweet:
coffee, cappuccino, various types of tea, milk, barley
fruit juices, mineral water
yogurt, fresh fruit, jams, hazelnut cream
rusks, packaged croissants, corn flakes, and homemade cakes
The Bed and Breakfast owners are always available to guests to meet, as far as possible, any other needs.
What we strive to offer is hospitality from another time, kind and cordial, in which the most precious asset is respect for the person and their hospitality.

PRICES VARY ACCORDING TO SEASONALITY
THE CITY TAX PROVIDED BY THE MUNICIPALITY OF CATANIA OF €2 PER NIGHT PER PERSON, FOR THE FIRST 4 NIGHTS, IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.
Children from 0-3 years do not pay for the stay if they sleep in the bed with their parents, otherwise a crib is available for a supplement of €5 for the entire stay (with one day's notice and subject to availability)
Children from 4 years old pay the same rate as adults.
To confirm the reservation it is necessary to make a bank transfer or recharge our PostePay with the amount equal to the first night of stay.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- no penalty if the cancellation is made 3 days before the arrival date.
- if the cancellation is made from 29 days to 7 days before, 30% of your stay will be charged.
- if the cancellation is made 2 days before the arrival date, the cost of the first night of the stay will be charged.
